Nanny and grandad

Came to nanny and grandad's today. Weather has been awful but Ella has had a fun day and i managed to do a bit of fabric shopping, so all good. Lots of afternoon poo trauma for Ella. Not clear why she's suddenly decided that she's terrified of it, but she is! 'This too shall pass'.
Did my first 25 minute run (with hills!) today. Feeling proud (and exhausted and stiff)
