reykjavík culture night

i moved into my actual room (which is beautiful by the way, and the bed is ridiculously comfortable), and then headed out to culture night, which is a misnomer, because there is culture all day. lots of dancing and music. casual concert by junius mayvek, aka new favorite person ever, in the window of an outdoor gear store.

i made dinner, we watched fireworks (let me tell you, reykjavík DOES NOT FUCK AROUND WITH FIREWORKS. that was some intense shit.), and then went to a karaoke bar.... which was a questionable decision.
