been a busy bee!

had a little lie in after my late night out. got to bed at 2am and slept in til 9 ish. waited a while for breakfast and did myself Eggs Benedict as a sunday brunch treat...perfect start to the day.

Fathers Day, and went to the cemetery which was extremely busy. back home and off painting again at 49. finished off the bathroom, which looks brill, v pleased with it. then did a lap of undercoating on the landing. finished at 4pm, and back home for lovely sunday dinner.

whilst dinner was cooking, i had a little wander into my awfully overgrown garden. have stopped feeling guilty about the garden, as i need to focus on 49, and push on to get it done as soon as poss. armed with my iphone and superb little macro lens, i followed lots of buzzes until i found this little fella! he looks like he's got sunglasses on! love it!

now got some paperwork to do, bits and pieces, and chilling after a lovely weekend
