... are never 100% accurate.

Whilst we were away on holiday, Harrogate has been voted the happiest place to live for the third year running, according to our local paper.

It didn't take me long to find a counter example or two in town today.

(I was probably another example, since the jetlag has not completely worn off - but I'm working on it. )

I blipped a similar example here in 2013 and he is still seen quite often at the same coffee shop table.
