The smoke still drifts into the valley, but it's much clearer toward evening. That yellowish gunk still means no vigorous outdoor activities. With forecast rain Friday, the hope is most will be cleared out by the time GlassRoad appears on Saturday.

At this writing, another fire popped up in Glacier park; closing the perimeter road....grrrrr! I am madder than any grizzly bear!
