Toastie

Perfect dinner for a tough day. The Physio could not give me any immediate relief so still walking sideways. But slightly looser and hopefully extra stretching and another visit next week will do the trick. I'm allowed to run but only short distances so we will see how I feel tomorrow.
Prac turned into work today with resignations and all kinds of shenanigans. The children seemed to sense the unease among the adults and what should have been a pleasant Thursday turned into a long sad day for many of them, so plenty of extra cuddles and comfort were required. Hopefully things will settle down for Friday and then the weekend - aaah!
