Hanging on...

...by a thread today. Completely exhausted. Between study and prac the last couple of late nights have done me in. Lower back pain is not helping and making me stress about not running.

Onward and upward...Physio tomorrow and no more assignments due this week. Now if I can just get the prac paperwork up to date, things will be looking up.
