Monkey Mia....mud flats

Monkey Mia in the World Heritage region of Shark Bay is noted for its Dolphins.

We arrived late this afternoon as the tide was almost at its lowest

The mud flats are extensive and it was really nice to see them as the sun was setting. They were alive with small sea creatures and a wonderful collection of shells

Tomorrow we hope to rise in time to see the dolphins at 0700
