and we're off

Time to leave: packing the car, scrubbing the BBQ, and then a long drive up to Reims. Almost immediately the weather improved and we had a lovely stop off somewhere around the D417/N19 (there may have been a small wrong turn in there somewhere...) for lunch. Onwards to Reims arriving around 4pm. 

Reims cathedral (an absolutely fantastic building), food and finally a sleep somewhere that wasn't a tent and in which we couldn't hear the rain. As we were so close to Troyes it seemed rude not to try some andouillette which is absolutely an acquired taste... and one I'm not likely to acquire.
