Been down the croft all day again. Dug up my onions. Cleared another patch of "spent" crops (coriander, pak choi, spinach), and then raked over these, and yesterdays, patches. Got about 15-20 buckets of stones just from the surface. These will go into A's turning circle.

While the res of the country has been bathed in sunshine, we've had a mixture of mist and midges. I think this is about 84% midges!!

Got a parking ticket for £85 for stopping in Morrisons car park in Inverness for 3 hours and 40 minutes. Seems we're only allowed 3 hours. Of course, we're objecting, we always buy a ticket for the maximum time period (Morrison's do refund this if you spent enough). It was Belladrum weekend, and we did pop into the charity shops in the town. Service in the shop, and cafe were slow because it was unusually busy..

Do Morrison's really want our custom?
