Darn!

So disappointed that the Battle of Britain commemoration Spitfire flypast today isn't coming anywhere near here. The Solent was mentioned, and I was hoping that they would fly along the seafront to get there, but they are going west from London and then only cutting across the top corner of West Sussex on their way to Portsmouth. A lot more people would have seen them if they'd flown down to Brighton and along to Portsmouth. I don't think I'm going to attempt trying to get near the route as the traffic is normally really heavy round here and I'm guessing it will be way worse today....
