BBQ feast

Last night we invited a few people for a BBQ , so I decided to try out a few different things from my BBQ bible . I made a version of potato salad , with leeks , and a tasty dressing of white wine vinegar, mustard , sugar, olive oil and sea salt , made a rub with various spices for a beer can chicken, and short ribs , roasted some new potatoes on Rosemary skewers, infused with garlic and chopped rosemary, grilled some asparagus , and served it with grilled Mediterranean vegetables . All washed down with a few bottles of rather drinkable Sauvignon Blanc !! A good evening spent with good friends . I should have blipped this last night , but somehow I never got around to it !
