View

I probably won't tire easily of this view from our spare bedroom/general place to put things in for the time being and indeed the bathroom.  You might, when I repeatedly upload little sections of the view at different times of the day and year.  Sections of it are visible from the ground floor, but the upstairs has the full panorama from Arthur's Seat to the Castle. 

Half the day was spent swanning around Stockbridge and the like working on the smug urbanite look.  twenty minutes walk to the swimming pool, but only if you stop for a flat white.  Lots of there lovely stuff besides.  The afternoon was more buying a fridge type territory and the evening so far building a bed type of territory.  

More fireworks tonight - good fun to watch last night.  Seven times a week until the end of August, then the big ones in early September.  By then the boxes that caused this to be a shot through the window should have been moved around a bit.
