flower and barley

parkrun this morning, though not very quickly as my legs decided against it.
A walk along Arbroath cliffs this afternoon with some great views of sea, cliffs, fields and flowers. One field of cabbages had sunflowers and various wild flowers along the edges, this barley field had just s few wild flowers but was rippling in the breeze.
This evening was a trip to the NHS out-of-hours centre as an insect bite over my spine has got infected, so now it's a course of antibiotics. I've not had many courses over my lifetime so I hope they don't disagree with me too much.
