Bees in duplicate on Lavender

I was very cross with myself because I forgot to take my camera  with me into town this morning, so I'm afraid my blip's from the garden again today :(  

I bought some sunflowers and delivered them to cheer up a sick friend today.  Following foot surgery she's moreorless bed bound at home.... 

Thankfully her partner is very supportive, as she's not feeling like visitors just now either!  I hope she'll be feeling a bit better when she's got a proper walking cast on in a couple of weeks.

I've another friend who fell over last Friday and fractured her wrist with a very nasty spiral fracture (which possibly needs surgery if it doesn't heal :( ) who I hope to see tomorrow and may be helping out next week as her husband is on jury service!  

Its all happening here, but its good to be around to help others who have helped me out so much in the past :)

I'm also looking after Katie next door this weekend as my neighbour is away, she's a sweet elderly puss :)

Onwards with some chores and my Open University Bitesize Course which I haven't done much of this week as I was away.......  Then sofa surfing tonight ;)
