Wet and wetter...

This self portrait (of sorts) provides an overall snapshot of how the weather has been today in the East Neuk of Fife ... and no doubt in other parts of Central Scotland.

Didn't keep us indoors of course and this morning I visited Scotland's Secret Bunker' (again) but this time took the opportunity to make use of the audio guide.

It's a fascinating experience to see close up this bit of Scotland's cold war history and, at the same time, see and hear how things might have been if the cold war had gone 'hot'!!

Of course, when in Anstruther, it's almost a crime not to sample the fayre from its famous fish 'n chip shop and - as usual - the result was not disappointing.
