Thursday Night in a Small Town

I had invited some people from church to see a high school music group that plays mostly fiddles. They are called the Saline Fiddlers, and Lisa and I have probably seen them 4-5 times.

Since the group uses only high school kids, they have quite a turnover from year to year. But, every time we have seen them, they have been tremendous.

Tonight...not so much. Their numbers have been cut in half, and some of our "musical friends" thought they were off-key. Plus, the singing left a little to be desired.

Still...it was a fun night, and my pre-concert dinner went over real big.

That's our group across the bottom, with my Dad on top. (He refuses to bring his own chair.)
