So, several people in the area, including nephew and his wife, told us about a wonderful market for Bratwurst and so today I stopped to see what this place is all about.  This pig is the official greeter, and since most of the products are pork, certainly appropriate!!!  The owner has been making his own brats (all different kinds, flavors, ingredients) for several years and recently opened the market near the lake.  I brought home two different ones:  sweet Italian and pineapple.  It sounds a little gross to me, pineapple in bratwurst, but everyone says it's the best!!! 
Could not pass on the opportunity to post an extra today, also from Mr. Bratz:  a selection of seasonings for steaks, chicken, whatever.....but thought you'd like a look at the labels.  Pretty funny!
