Looking Over at Overlook

Portland has a fairly new park, Skidmore Bluffs, in the Overlook neighborhood. A great spot for watching the sun go down. The park became popular so quickly, the residents on dead end Skidmore Terrace became alarmed and now there is no parking allowed on the street or in the turn around at the end. It's better to bike or walk to such a serene spot anyway. Lots of grass smoking along with the picnic suppers and beer, though no one offered me any.
