Prescient Graffiti

The graffiti bottom left on the garage door caught my eye: How Long 'Til This Is A Condo?  

90ºF, and the air quality really wasn't great today. Although it was hot I felt chilly all day, when I took this picture I was wearing a black sweater, I've been fighting some low grade stomach thing for 4 days.
