MacDuff and Banff

A dull morning in Aberdeen, headed north and it's been a lovely sunny and warm day in Banffshire.

Off the boat this morning in Aberdeen and headed north with the caravan to Banff.  Me, Brian, mam and nieces Megan and Eve have come away on holiday :)  After getting the caravan and camper set up, off out exploring the towns.  We've been through Banff for a look but fairly quiet being Sunday and then on to MacDuff for a look too.  We made to the aquarium and a fine walk up the hill to the memorial and along the shoreline.  A few days to spend around here before we head off to the west coast.
After a long travel on the boat last night, think it will be a quiet night in the caravan park :)

Great views over MacDuff from the war memorial and looking towards Banff.  The old parish kirk fairly stands out on top of the hill here and looks great with Banff in the background.  Not been in the area since I was a boy and looking forward to seeing the sights again and plenty of exploring :)
