Curry night

I have no idea how to make my signature eggy curry dish in small enough quantities for one person, so I cooked for all the house-mates tonight.
Seemed to go down OK.
I can't remember what I said as I pressed the shutter, but whatever it was also seemed to go down well...
We will miss M (on the left) who is leaving to take up a better job with Oxford. She's always a cheery presence around site...
