Nuts!

A leisurely day at home after a busy week.  Originally it was forecast to be a  nice day, but after a promising start, it was dull and very cool again, so I was pleased that I'd done my butterfly hunt yesterday. 
Whenever I've had my trail cam out recently, the only night-time visitor has been a nervous young dog fox, but a few tell-tale signs over the last few nights have suggested a badger might be visiting us. I was not wrong. A few peanuts strategically placed last night had the desired outcome!

PS The badger came back at about 11:30 pm, so I got a colour photo with my bridge camera and replaced the trail cam version
