Boys went to Zenia boulevard with Mum. Important shopping - new skateboard deck for James and new shirt for Lew.

In 30+ degree heat in the shade, the transfer of the wheels / trucks (?) from the existing board took place. No doubt a return trip to Santa Pola skate park is planned!

Been eaten alive by bitie insects...current count is around 20 bites. Tonight is humid and cloudy but I don't think we will be blessed with a thunder storm.

Oh yeah, and my pain has been ridiculous today. Not a happy bunny, not least for hoping/believing that being on holiday might just give me some respite from it all for the duration. Hate being wrong!

At least the cricket was entertaining!
