Wood Week

It's Wood Week at the gliding Club where members and visiting glider pilots take part in tasks set for wooden gliders only - which neither of these are!! One is a glass, carbon fibre Glider and the other a para-glider. We've brought the caravan up here for a few days and I've been too busy fettlin' it and putting up the awning etc to go onto the airfield and take photos of the wooden gliders - perhaps tomorrow, but in the meantime I'm off to join the men in the bar!!

CORRECTION: husband Chris (AKA Mr T and soon to be known as HMV!!) corrected me on the glider which is indeed wooden, a Slingsby Skylark single seat glider - ooooops!!
