On Jordan Pond

What a day!!!  We started at 6 a.m. with a bike ride, followed by breakfast at our hotel, then another bike ride in Acadia.  While Al rode for the second time, I hiked the carriage trails. 

Then we both hiked the entire perimeter of Jordan Pond....what a perfect and beautiful place!  Partly a rock trail, partly a log plank trail, and partly a dirt path through the woods, it truly had a little of everything, and I would love to do it again!

Then a fantastic lunch at the National Park Restaurant by the Pond, followed by a trip to Bass Harbor lighthouse.    Another amazing day!!!!
