New Compost Bin

Whenever there has been a spare moment here at Carmen's and some willing volunteers, there has been some choosing of old fencing slats, some reclaiming and straightening of old nails, a lot of design and planning discussions and some hammering, so that (at last) the new and eagerly awaited compost bin has started to take shape.  Theo, Eloise, Jessie and Heidi made good progress today while the two Rachels and Samuel were working at the school toilets to put the second coat of plaster on the walls.
This afternoon we went to a new village with Carmen and found six or seven households where new clothes were needed and given out.
That was our last 'working' day in Saptebani and tomorrow we are off early for a bit of a Jolly on the River Dnistra.  More of that anon.....
