Day 10 - Split

Totally exhausted today, 14 hour train journey turned into a 16 hour one (with no air con)! Border control from both Hungary and Croatia came round at midnight and the train was stood still for about an hour, no idea why but sooooo annoying!! Arrived boiling hot but couldn't get into out apartment for a shower until later on! Finally got down to the beach and had a swim which was definitely the highlight of the day! Walked along the beach a bit further and when I was walking into the sea a sharp rock pierced my foot and got embedded, was so horrible! Still hurts and I'm sure there's some sand still stuck in there, ewwwww. Going to bed now and hoping for a much better day tomorrow! Split seems lovely but we just haven't been on top form today!
