Rest Day

We really have had a rest day today.  We all chose not to go to the Sprint at Forres and Becky and Ed took the car to spectate at the WOC Middle Race in Darnaway.  Tony and I had a very leisurely morning, mainly catching up on Lagganlia stuff, then we watched the Middle Race on the internet which was pretty exciting.  We lunched at the Boathouse Cafe which does wholesome, organic food which is very yummy and then later in the afternoon we took a circular walk out along the shore.

My blip makes me think of east coast USA (and Anita Shreve's Fortune's Rocks!)

Tomorrow it's back to orienteering in Darnaway Forest!
