Cleared out my freezer yesterday.

The freezer has not been cleared for a rather long time. There were a lot of Red Currants which needed to be used, this is the result, 12 pots of Red Currant jelly. We like it with lamb but it is going to take some time to get through 12 pots! A few for the Harvest Festival might be an idea. By the way why is it that when I wash and sterilise the jam jars and their lids that I can never match them up once I have made the jam? I have at least 20 spare lids but not one of them fits the last jar.
