Splash-tastic

We went in a mini adventure this morning to the splash park in the city. It was a fantastic little place and I can't believe I didn't know it existed till last week. I wasn't sure how the kiddies would take to it (as both are a bit scared of water, other than a bath) but P loved it. After the initial shock of the cold water she was well away. Running through all the fountains and having a great old time. A was weary of the water and didn't want to get too close to any of the water features but still enjoyed it in his own way.

This afternoon we stayed at home waiting for a delivery (that never arrived!) P and I watched The Little Mermaid whilst A napped and then we were all out in the garden enjoying the last of the sunshine till tea time.
