Monomonday: Electric

Couldn't resist the opportunity for a pylon shot, given the theme for today's challenge.

Other than the walk to take this, it was a routine day of swimming, visiting Tess's Dad and emptying one of the spare bedrooms in preparation for re-decorating.

I don't know about anyone else but, while I enjoy painting and papering, I can't stand all the fiddly preparation of removing old paper, sanding down, etc that comes before it.

What's more, the current paper has been up so long and painted over so many times that I suspect by the time we've got it off the walls will need re-plastering.
