Good Grief 33
Hunkering down.
Sometimes, it is necessary to just hunker down to survive, finding protected places to shelter, regroup and try to pull it all together for the coming week. That has been today, with a lot of crying thrown in. I knew things weren't good when I couldn't even muster a smile for 'I'm Sorry, I Haven't a Clue' and that usually has me in stitches - I had to switch it off. Music can help and I enjoyed hearing Rachmaninov's 3rd Piano Concerto which I hadn't heard for a very long time. Some things are so exquisitely beautiful. Beauty helps in it's many varied forms and unexpected occurrences. But sometimes it is a case of silence and curling up until it passes over.
