After the flood ...

I felt a little as Noah must have felt this evening, as the sky took on a strange glow after an afternoon of unremitting gloom. Layers of cloud over Gourock and the river, and this wonderful pink glow in the clouds that faced the invisible sunset, had me switching off lights to get a photo without any reflections.

I wonder if Noah really believed it wouldn't rain any more - or if he just thought he might get a little sun in the morning?
