Summer Sales

Seem to have spent most of the day collecting all sorts of bits and pieces. One trip took me to Memmingen and I was ordered to do get two items specific to Lidl. Ended up with a full trolley. Went in with it quite cool outside and came out much later to find the sun out and a baking hot car.

Seems like summer is back and perhaps my 0.00 Euro investment today in a snowboard may have to wait a while before it brings a return. The actual reason for giving it a new home was that son J had texted last week that he wants to go up in the mountains when he comes over in a few weeks. He ignored his nephew and nieces wish to spend a day at nearby Legoland. I can only think his Easter skiing outing has gone to his head or perhaps he just wants to show off.
