Blip's Beginnings!

Don't often use exclamation marks, but today we crossed the border into the land where Blip originated - funny how that is what I thought of... along with thinking how beautiful it was and glad it was a sunny day - it really was!

Staying in a great place, full of horses, D found just outside Glasgow, Ingliston Country Club - only £7 more expensive than a Travelodge and breakfast is included, plus we get a whole 3 bed, 2 bath lodge to ourselves.

Don't often blip food either but my starter - HAGGIS  FRITTI - lightly battered haggis and leek bon bons, served with a Scottish oak smoked cheddar and Whisky sauce and fresh potato gnocchi - was so good I had to record it.

Zion and D came up this far by plane - which he loved - hilarious when he saw us coming up in the car.
