Moorhen

Today is our actual 35th anniversary! After putting more than 700 miles on the car in the last 2 days, we decided to stay close to our home base in Newport Beach for the day. We found a lovely preserve full of marsh birds, where this blip was captured, then went to the beach and watched some boys surf. For dinner we drove 15 miles north to Sunset Beach and had a romantic Italian dinner.
