Brighton West Pier

This week is turning out to be one for visiting some of the classic tourist destinations in the South East - and today it was the turn of Brighton.

Ever since I heard about the disasterous fires in 2003 affecting the derilict Victorian West Pier, and saw some of the iconic images which have subsequently appeared, I wanted to visit and take some of my own. This one was taken around midday using a 10-stop ND filter to smooth out the waves.
