Charlie's Christening

Got dolled up again today this time to head home for Charlie's Christening. Ordinarily I have a no Christenings policy due to non religious friends getting their kids christened for no apparent reason. I find the services dull, end up forking out for more pressies and as weekends are sacred I don't end up clogging them up going to things I feel obliged to rather than want to go to.

Baa humbug, I sound like a right misery I know!

But I've made an exception for Charlie cause I've not seen my school friends in agggggges. The service was OK, Ben behaved and it was lovely to catch up over a good buffet afterwards.

Called in at my sister's afterwards where the cousins fought for Ben's attention. Weird and cute at the same time.
