Oh my word was katie an excited little wiggle this morning. She was dressed in her wiggle outfit by 5.45. She has a dorothy and friends tshirt, a dress she now calls her wiggles dress and was sat at her wiggles guitar, singing along to the video.

She was pulling at me to leave the house from about 6.30, which is fine as we needed to leave at 7.10. She was really good on the bus ride, we had a potter round and found the rose (flower) and bone for dorothy and wags. We then met a friend for a coffee, before we went and got Sarah from the station to come and join us.

We arrived pretty early at the theatre, far too early I thought, but it turned out not so. There was a huge crowd at the merchandise stall and Katie had her heart set on dorothy hat. Only problem was there were three. And mid way through choosing she spotted a wags hat, but then chose a dorothy one, which was of course not the right one, so we eventually got the right one and it looks seriously cute on her!

She sat so good in the theatre, just occasionally pleading at the stage for the wiggles to come out now. And her face when they did will stay with me forever. It was absolutely fantastic. Really really good show. Acrobatics, extra characters, laughter, the wiggles really at their best. We all of us loved it.

Just to top it off, when they came round to collect the bones, Katie's was held up on stage with the others. But best of all, when they came to collect the roses, we went to the end of the aisle, and Katie gave hers over to Jeff, with Anthony stood right beside her. She was so so made up. So please excuse the photo, but its a really special one for us.

She got to see the three things she had been desperate to see - Wags digging, Jeff is fast asleep and Dorothy rompachomp as she said. It was really a brilliant afternoon. Sad when they brought the 3 departing wiggles forward on the stage alone for an ovation, but great send off show. She cried her little eyes out when she realised it was over and that she couldnt watch it again. A huge success.
