Cooler

The weather cooled today to a pleasant 25 degrees mid-afternoon and the Hibiscus are loving it. Still doing prep for family visitors, but also finding time to carry all the free water to our very thirsty plants and shrubs.  We went for coffee and cake with our French neighbours this afternoon.  Sometimes I can't string two French words together and sometimes I can chat away.  Thankfully, this afternoon was one of the latter occasions.  It is a beautifully cool evening (20 degrees) and I am wearing a pullover for the first time in months!
