Dinner at Le Fenelon

A muggy day and slightly lazy, though we did do a big shop in preparation for our visitors next week.  We ate with Peter and Janice at the Fenelon in Carennac, here you see the "cou de canard" starter.  The others had Cepes Omelette as a main, but I had to have meat! So I chose cuisse de canard.  We had local wines, a white Glanes, which we must try to source from the vineyard as it is only  a few miles away, and a Marcillac for the red.  The craic was good and Peter and I finished, by sampling a very nice Glenmorangie that he "found" in his drinks cupboard!
