Okay, this was taken yesterday, but I spent quite a lot of time today telling my friend about our visit to Amberley. I think I was quite affected by the pollen I breathed in yesterday, and my friend (who is asthmatic herself) encouraged me to use the inhaler, which really did help with the irritation and coughing. So this blip is relevant to today! :-))

A very rainy one. I did a quick trip down to the chemist to pick up the equipment for my flow chart (at last!). I hope the nurse will be okay with about 11 days info rather than 14...My friend came round for lunch (I cooked a chicken roast) and stayed until her partner picked her up after he finished work late this evening. So blipping a bit late, and with a last minute idea!
