Great Tit

This photo was taken at the Hanningfield Essex Wildlife Trust reserve, which is situated on Chelmsford's largest body of water, the man-made resovoir. It is huge and EWT, manage a wildlife reserve around it, where you can see, from hides, all sorts of water and shore loving birds. Sadly every hides view(we walked to 5 of them) indeed had birds, but they were so far away, that even at 1200mm, they were still dots in the viewfinder! Walking back to the main building we saw they had a cafe and gallery viewing area, so we tried to see if we could at least capture some garden birds visiting their bird tables! I've been very frustrated that I have not been able to get a single OK photo of Britain's largest member of the Tit family, the Great Tit in my garden, they are just so quick, but EWT has masses of these beautiful birds & so here is one! I've never posted an extra before but these are Great Tits in my garden.
