On the banks of Brisbane River

We've arrived in Brisbane and are delighted to have had a good catch up with friends.

Had a lovely lunch (I had barramundi) by Storey Bridge followed by a walk by the banks of Brisbane River to get to The Botanical Gardens and the grounds of QUT (Queensland University of Technology) to check out their campus for the boys. Had a really good look around and the boys got a good feel for it.

Then to CBD (Central Business District) to get some SIMS so we can be connected again. The boys then had an opportunity to meet our friends recent graduate recruits to ask them first hand of their Uni experiences at QUT, really good Q&A time for us all.

Back to our friends' for an Aussie BBQ, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Highs of 14C today!!!!!!
