A Whole New Brew!

For quite some time now, I have wanted to upgrade our drip coffee offering - I had been impressed by the Wilbur Curtis new line of brewers with their gold cup brewing system - utilizing similar techniques to those employed with the pour over method of brewing - pre-infusion and pulse brewing rather than just a straight drip coffee.  Today, our Fort Worth location had the first one installed and the results were definitely worth the wait.  This brewer can be finely tuned and programmed so that virtually every coffee can have its own unique brewing process and then once recipes are established, they can be transferred by data transfer to the other location.   Grapevine goes live on Thursday - exciting times and a great improvement for all the many customers who drink our drip coffee on a daily basis.
