Grass

Maureen and Ian came over this afternoon. We walked down to Anne Hathaway's cottage to have a look around the gardens. We would have gone into the house, as it's about 50 years since they'd been there, but two coach loads of tourists turned up creating queing out side the door.

As usual the woodland walk, and arbaritum and sculpture garden, were very quiet and we had an enjoyable walk after looking round the cottage garden.

After, they came back home with us for tea and cakes, including home made bara brith, in the garden.
