I could have posted pics of my feet (again) or my hands, but I think the photos would not have shown the extent to which my extremities had turned blue.

An hour of open water swimming this eve (the first of this year if you ignore my pathetic attempt in Loch Trool). Allegedly it was a tropical 16 degrees in the lake tonight but I am somewhat sceptical. I reckon it was more like 14 degrees. My hands and feet cramped and it was a full hour before I could feel my toes. Thinking a rash vest and calf guards required for next week...brrrrr!

Stopped off on the way home to buy Coke to kill off any cheeky little bugs that may be lurking as a result of murky water consumption. Hence tonight's pic. :-)
