Roller disco

Well...not quite. There is wine, twinkly music, splendid company and dimmed lights. That though is perhaps as far as I can stretch the analogy. This evening has consisted of me feeling slightly sorry for myself having picked up a sore throat, rollering my calves to try and make them work properly and making lists of gear required for Celtman (http://www.cxtri.com/).

Off to Booits in the morning for bucket loads of Echinacea and a good dose of MTFU...
