Spoonie Arrives

We had our first roseate spoonbill of the summer show up this morning over at the marsh.
Unfortunately he never came in close, I was shooting all the way across the marsh just to get these.
But it's always fun when one of the big pink birds arrives for a visit. I just hope some of his friends are on the way, last year we had 15 at one point.
